soak chana dal over night
grind it
make a dough of rice flour with little salt and 3 tspn oil
add spices chopped chillies chopped coriander to chana dal
add salt and mix well
make small balls from dough
roll then
fill dal filling in flattened rolled rice flour mixture
now steam in a steamer
cut into small pieces
add oil musturd seeds curry leaves .
add phare and shallow fry
